To members of the public who have found us, we can put you in touch with your nearest supplier of any of our products. We can supply balloon and party shops and the following terms and conditions apply:

Terms

First orders and cash sale account customers are always C O D. In order to apply for a credit account our credit application will need to be filled in and signed and the original posted to G L Distributors Pty Ltd. Credit accounts are subject to approval and applicants may remain cash sale accounts if criteria are not met. Account customers’ invoices are due for payment before the end of the month following delivery. Accounts 15 days overdue will not be supplied.

GST

All prices issued by G L Distributors Pty Ltd are plus GST

Delivery

The following delivery and small order processing charges apply to all products including gas cylinders except when cylinders are being picked up the last 3 days of a month at which time orders going to gas pick up points will not incur a delivery or small order charge.

Otherwise:

• $20.00 + gst for orders under $50.00 nett of gst
• $15.00 + gst for orders $50-$100.00 nett of gst
• $10.00 + gst for orders $100-$200 nett of gst

// All other delivery points in NSW for orders over $300.00 nett of gst, there will be a total delivery fee of $10.00 + gst

Otherwise:

• $25.00 + gst for orders under $50.00 nett of gst
• $15.00 + gst for orders $50-$300.00

// Adelaide, Brisbane and Melbourne for orders over $500.00 nett of gst, there will be a total delivery fee of $15.00 + gst

For orders under $500.00 nett of gst there will be a charge of $15.00 + gst per carton

// All other areas are by negotiation.

Catalogues

Extra catalogues are $10.00 + gst each. Our catalogues are mostly from the US and not all products in them are going to be available in Australia. Only items on our published price list are available. Special orders can be arranged but most of these take a minimum of three months to ship to Australia.

Published price list prices are subject to change without notice – please confirm pricing when ordering. Errors and omissions excepted.

Payment Methods

We accept company cheques, direct deposits, credit card payments (except Amex), bank cheques and money orders.

Helium and Air Cylinders

We supply Air Liquide Australia Limited (ALA) helium.
The cylinders always remain the property of Air Liquide Australia Limited. Customers who purchase helium and/or air must keep track of cylinder holdings and balance their holdings at the end of each month as a monthly rental fee applies. If there are any discrepancies with the rental invoice from GL, it is the customer’s responsibility to advise G L Distributors immediately.

All products from GL are supplied in good faith and a basic warranty of 3 months is provided on every product even if manufacturers do not warrant their products.
